Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Parisi Electric. By approving a quote, booking services, or making payment, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Parisi Electric provides residential, commercial, and electrical inspection services in accordance with the Ontario Electrical Safety Code and applicable regulations. Service availability may vary by location and site conditions.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may change due to site conditions, concealed wiring, code requirements, material availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be discussed and approved before work continues.

3. Deposits & Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Deposits may be required to secure bookings for larger projects or special-order materials.

Invoices not paid within 30 days of the invoice date may be referred to a third-party collection agency, and the client may be responsible for any reasonable collection costs permitted by law.

4. Cancellations & Access

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to work areas. Parisi Electric is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, or items not cleared prior to arrival.

5. Owner Responsibilities

The homeowner or client is responsible for moving furniture, belongings, and personal items as required to allow access. Where cutting or removal of finishes is necessary, patching and cosmetic repairs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Warranty & Limitations

Parisi Electric provides a 12-month workmanship warranty on new installations unless otherwise specified in writing.
This warranty does not cover misuse, normal wear and tear, third-party modifications, pre-existing conditions, or manufacturer defects.

Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied materials and equipment.

 

7. Liability

While every reasonable precaution is taken, Parisi Electric is not liable for damages related to existing wiring, hidden defects, customer-supplied materials, or unauthorized alterations made after service completion.

8. Permits & Inspections

Where required, ESA permits and inspections will be obtained unless otherwise stated. Final approval is subject to ESA acceptance and conditions beyond Parisi Electric’s control.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
