Deposits
Some projects may require a deposit before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered or work has been scheduled, as these costs are incurred upfront.
Service Calls
Payments for service calls are due upon completion. Refunds are not provided for completed services; however, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of our workmanship, please contact us and we will review the situation and provide a solution.
Workmanship Guarantee
All new installations are covered by a [X]-month workmanship warranty. If an issue arises due to our workmanship within this period, we will return and resolve the problem at no additional cost. Manufacturer warranties apply to products and equipment used.
Cancellations
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.
